Investing in the Future of Food Robots
The research, development, and operation of this project require significant funding, and we need your help to sustain its ongoing development. If you want to learn about the current status of our prototype robot, or if you are already familiar with our robot and confident in our future, please email invest@atomi.ai. We would be happy to discuss further details with you.

Our company is based in Silicon Valley, so we periodically provide demos in and around Palo Alto. We will post upcoming demo times on our website. If you’re interested, feel free to come by and enjoy some pizza.
Our Plan
Optimization and Compliance of the Current Robot
We are optimizing our current robot to ensure its long-term operation.
At the same time, to ensure that our machines can operate with high quality under food safety standards, we need to make them compliant with a series of regulations.
Compliance requirements are detailed and will require us to adjust our supply chain accordingly, which means more time is needed to determine the exact timeline for completion of this step. We roughly estimate this to be by the end of 2024.
First Machine Operational Launch
After achieving compliance, we plan to outfit a food truck and select a location for a trial operation. We aim to reach a sales target of 50 pizzas per day.
Completion of the Fully Automated Pizza Robot Development
We aim to complete the development of our first fully automated pizza robot by March 2025. If all goes well, we will also meet compliance requirements, allowing us to officially launch our first fully automated pizza robot in June 2025. This version should include all processes from dough kneading to baking, along with a variety of topping options.
Initiating Horizontal Expansion
Due to the high level of automation in our machines, the requirements for staff during our horizontal expansion are not particularly high, which theoretically removes major bottlenecks. Additionally, we aim to maintain our pizzas at a low price point; based on current estimates, we believe a $5.99 price for a 10-inch pizza is achievable. Our goal is to provide more food choices at affordable prices to a wider audience.
Completion of the Fully Automated Hamburger Robot Development
As many of the fundamental processes in food handling are similar, the development of our hamburger robot should not require as much time as the pizza robot. We expect to have a compliant burger robot operational by the first half of 2026.
With both pizza and burger robots operational, achieving daily sales of 50 pizzas and 50 burgers should not be too challenging. In such a scenario, we should be able to secure a good profit margin.
Standardization of Our Food Trucks and Restaurants
We will continue to enhance our food robots to ensure strong competitiveness, a crucial aspect of our ongoing efforts. Meanwhile, we will also explore the development of additional food robots.
During this period, our focus will shift more towards operations. To facilitate rapid horizontal expansion, we will standardize our food trucks and restaurants, gradually increasing our storefronts to broaden our reach.

Purpose of Our Fundraising
The primary purpose of our fundraising efforts is to bolster our R&D capabilities. Currently, including myself, we have two engineers. We have completed our first prototype robot, and plan to hire more mechanical and electrical engineers to expand our team and enhance our development efforts. Your investment will primarily support this aspect.
Additionally, we require funds to establish our sales points. Initially, the cost of a food truck won’t be particularly high, estimated at around $250K per truck. Later, the initial costs for a restaurant will be higher, potentially reaching $1M. Our early-stage strategy will depend on the amount of support we receive, with a current preference towards starting with food trucks.
To serve our customers as best as possible, we also plan to develop our own app. This will facilitate customization of toppings and enable us to gather feedback to improve our services. In the short term, we will utilize existing platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash, but long-term improvements in this area will also require funding.
Lastly, this is an early-stage R&D project. If you are interested in investing in such a project, please first consider your risk tolerance. It will likely take at least two to three years for this project to become profitable. We warmly welcome everyone to try our pizza and consider long-term investment. However, we also urge potential investors to think carefully before committing.
